System characteristics

SVOEVP / SHPDETC provides formation of the GLONASS GNSS ETI, as well as of troposphere and ionosphere information with the following precision and up-to-date characteristics:

FINAL DATA WITH THE DELAY OF NO MORE THAN 15 DAYS. 

  1. Equivalent error of pseudoranging at the expense of errors of the space segment (errors of ephemerides, time and frequency corrections of navigation SC (NSC), on-board equipment of navigation signal formation and irradiation) on the level of probability of 0.95 on any 24 hours interval of no more than 0.6 m.
  2. Motion parameters of the GLONASS GNSS NSC center of mass with the errors (on the level of probability of 0.997) do not exceed:
    • 0.5 m along the orbit;
    • 0.2 m by binormal to the orbit;
    • 0.1 m by radius-vector.
  3. Corrections of the on-board time scales of GLONASS NSC to the STS with the errors (on the level of probability of 0.997) of no more than 3 ns (for the averaging interval of 15 minutes).
  4. Troposphere model parameters that provide the accuracy of determination of the signal decay in the troposphere with the maximum (on the level of probability of 0.95) error of no more than 0.1 m (for elevations of more than 10).
  5. Ionosphere model parameters that provide the accuracy of determination of the signal decay in the ionosphere with the error (on the level of probability of 0.95) of no more than 2 m (for elevations of more than 10 for the frequency of 1.6 GHz). 

PRELIMINARY DATA WITH THE DELAY OF NO MORE THAN 1…2 DAYS.

  1. Motion parameters of the GLONASS GNSS NSC center of mass with the error (on the level of probability of 0.997) do not exceed:
    • 3.0 m along the orbit;
    • 1.5 m by binormal to the orbit;
    • 0.4 m by radius-vector.
  2. Corrections of the on-board time scales of GLONASS NSC to the STS with the error (on the level of probability of 0.997) of no more than 6 ns.
  3. Earth’s rotation parameters with the use of measurements of VLBI, QOS, OMS / BIS with the error (on the level of probability of 0.95) do not exceed:
    • 0.0015 ang.s by the pole coordinates;
    • 0.5 ms by the universal time.

 UP-TO-DATE DATA WITH THE DELAY OF NO MORE THAN 1…2 HOURS.

  1. Motion parameters of the GLONASS GNSS NSC center of mass with the error (on the level of probability of 0.997) do not exceed:
    • 5.0 m along the orbit;
    • 2.0 m by binormal to the orbit;
    • 0.7 m by radius-vector.
  2. Corrections of the on-board time scales of GLONASS NSC to the STS with the error (on the level of probability of 0.997) of no more than 10 ns.
  3. Ionosphere model parameters that provide the accuracy of determination of the signal decay in the ionosphere with the error (on the level of probability of 0.95) of no more than 4 m (for elevations of more than 10 for the frequency of 1.6 GHz).
  4. Precision characteristics of the GPS GNSS ephemeris and time data do not exceed the corresponding values preset for the GLONASS system.
  5. Error (on the level of probability of 0.95) of the monitoring stations refined coordinates (one-way measuring instruments) does not exceed 0.03 m.
  6. Determination of Earth’s rotation parameters with the use of measurements of VLBI, QOS, OMS / BIS is performed with the RMS errors of daily determination of the geodynamic provision parameters in relation to the IERS data (no worse than):  

    By the pole coordinates:

    • determination – 0.0005 ang.s;
    • prediction for 24 hours – 0.002 ang.s;
    • prediction for 15 days – 0.01 ang.s;

    by UTC:

    • determination – 0.1 ms;
    • prediction for 24 hours – 0.2 ms;
    • prediction for 15 days – 1.5 ms;

    by UTC (during 2 months without the use of VLBI measurements and external data):

    • determination – 0.4 ms;
    • prediction for 24 hours – 0.6 ms;
    • prediction for 15 days – 2.0 ms.

     

  7. Errors (on the level of probability p=0.95) of communication parameters of the State Reference Frame with the other navigation systems reference frames must not exceed:   
    • by the parameters of relative tying to the Earth’s center of mass – 0.05 m;
    • by the parameters of mutual orientation – 0.001 ang.
  8. Systematic error of the calculated calibration corrections for the GLONASS navigation equipment at the frequency division of signals in frequency ranges L1, L2 does not exceed (on the level of probability p=0.95) 0.3 m.
